Our End Of The Beginning series starts with 100% Colorado grown barley, wheat, and hops. Golden wort is boiled, then moved into oak foeders for inoculation, fermentation, and aging. Finally, multiple vintages are then blended to achieve optimal balance and flavor complexity.
